About The Position
We are seeking talented individuals with strong multitasking, proofreading, and organizational skills along with a high level of empathy. In this unique role, you will support funeral homes and private parties by placing obituary notices in both print and online formats. Additionally, you will support clients by placing legal notices and some classified advertising. A strong focus on accuracy and professionalism in all communications is essential. You play a key role in establishing and sustaining our clients’ trust, which is vital to the success of the business. We are eager to consider your resume. Responsibilities
- Handling and processing obituary and legal notices
- Formatting and proofreading content
- Managing incoming calls and emails
- Assisting customers with advertising orders
- Providing accurate product and deadline information
- Responding to all customer inquiries or concerns with empathy, professionalism and efficiency
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building sustainable, trusting relationships with customer accounts
- Adhering to guidelines, deadlines, and workflow processes
- Providing a great customer experience by addressing all the customers’ needs in a courteous and friendly manner
