About The Position

INTEGRIS Health Medical Group is seeking a board certified or board eligible OB/GYN to join an established hospital-based practice located at INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital in Yukon, Oklahoma. The OB/GYN would join an established practice with three other OB/GYNs in the clinic. The outpatient clinic is located in the medical office buildings on the INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley hospital campus, providing easy and quick access to hospital deliveries. INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley is part of INTEGRIS Health, a not-for-profit, Oklahoma-owned health care system and one of the state’s largest employers with more than 10,000 employees. INTEGRIS Health offers an extensive referral network through INTEGRIS Health Partners, the first clinically integrated network in Oklahoma. INTEGRIS Health Partners has over 400 employed physicians and 600 private physicians providing a tremendous referral network.

Requirements

• Oklahoma MD or DO license
• BE/BC

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly evaluates and manages each patient appropriately and documents information completely by use of written notes or dictation on a timely basis
• Identifies relevant medical issues accurately and uses appropriate procedures and testing
• Completes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record forms
• Participates in the quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee
• Provides direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth running team
• Ensures fiscal viability of the practice
• Complies with policies and procedures if applicable.
• The Physician is responsible for patients.
