About The Position
Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Plano, Texas Unified Women's Healthcare of Texas is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established, physician-led women's health practice in Plano, Texas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a provider who is passionate about women's healthcare and desires a collaborative practice environment focused on exceptional patient care. Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or ability to obtain certification
- Active Texas license or ability to obtain
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Current CPR and BLS certification, or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based women's healthcare
Nice To Haves
- Experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are preferred
- Candidates with a strong interest or background in women's health will also be considered
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including: Annual well-woman examinations, Contraceptive counseling and management, including IUD and implant placement, Evaluation and treatment of menstrual disorders, Management of conditions such as PCOS, fibroids, and endometriosis, Hormone replacement therapy (HRT), Preventive and wellness-focused care for women across the lifespan
