About The Position

The Practice Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of physician practices within the Medical Group. This leadership role provides supervision, guidance, and direction to colleagues to ensure effective practice operations. The Practice Manager is responsible for optimizing patient access, driving financial performance, supporting operational efficiency and growth, fostering colleague development, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Requirements

• Associates Degree- Health related field or 5+ yrs experience in supervisor role
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in healthcare required
• Supervisory experience directing other’s work required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree - Health related field
• 5 years of relevant experience
