OB Technologist
About The Position
The OB Technician within the organizational structure of the Labor and Delivery area assists in the delivery of care to the patient experiencing surgical intervention. The primary function is to assist with surgical procedures. The OB Tech provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. The OB Tech individualizes and modifies care according to the patient's needs. The OB Tech collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care. The OB Tech assumes a multiskilled role performing clinical and clerical functions that serves as an integral member of the primary patient care team.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience.

- OR Tech experience or completion of OR Tech Program.
