About The Position

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is assisting its partner OB Hospitalist Group with recruiting an OB/GYN Hospitalist to join their team and provide services at the hospital. OBHG OB/GYN Hospitalists are in-house experts skilled in handling obstetric emergencies to improve patient safety and satisfaction. The role requires exceptional clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape the future of the specialty. The position involves collaborating with local obstetricians to ensure all pregnant women presenting to the hospital receive care from an experienced physician. OBHG offers a clinician-centered approach with a comprehensive benefits package and superior work/life balance. Full-time Hospitalists can create their own schedules, typically working seven 24-hour shifts per month, with no on-call duty or office management responsibilities.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
