About The Position

Federally Qualified Health Center seeks an OB/GYN to work in the Austin, TX area! Join a team that provides exceptional and accessible healthcare for their Texas neighbors! This Community Health Center is a non-profit organization serving patients primary and behavioral health needs regardless of insurance or ability to pay. Through innovation and evidence-based practices, this group delivers high quality, patient-centered care across 26 clinic locations in the Austin and Central Texas area. As a whole, this group provides more than 355,000 visits to close to 100,000 patients annually. The role involves providing examines, diagnosing, and treating female patients of all ages. GYN surgeries are done in a clinic setting or ASC. This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm. Deliveries are only during clinic hours, and the average patient load is 20 per day. There is no call required.

Requirements

• OB/GYN MD / DO
• BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology. IF BE, must be able to attain BC within 3 years of hire
• TX Medical License or in process

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills are preferred but not required
• J1/H1B Sponsorship can be provided
