About The Position

Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN Physician for a hospital-employed position. This role offers a 1:6 call schedule with midwife support, including NP & PA support, and a new Doula Program. The physician will work in a State-of-the-Art Women's Center opening in 2026. The position offers a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, loan forgiveness, and benefits. The hospital is a Regional Medical Center with 254 beds, utilizing EPIC EMR. It features a Level II NICU with 6 beds, 8 Labor and Delivery Rooms, 20 Post Partum Beds, and 6 Triage Beds. The hospital provides 24/7 Anesthesiology & Neonatology coverage and has a Da Vinci Robot. It is recognized as a Blue Distinction Center for Maternity Care. The community is a great mid-size community of 60,000+ with a large service area, located 45 minutes from Columbus and Dayton, Ohio, offering numerous activities, a gorgeous country club, restaurants, and outdoor activities. It is a great area for families with easy access to larger cities.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN Physician.
• Must be Board Certified within 5 years of becoming Board Eligible.
• Must be a physician.
• Cannot support Visa Waivers at this time.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Da Vinci Robot.
• Experience in a Blue Distinction Center for Maternity Care.
