About The Position
A full-time Ob/Gyn physician is needed for a well-established single specialty group. The role involves joining 3 other Ob/Gyn's and a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP). Responsibilities include a wide mix of hospital procedures and outpatient work. The practice is equipped with a dexa scan, urodynamics, ultrasounds, in-office Novasure, and hysteroscopy. Robotic procedures are available for interested candidates. Call is shared at a 1:4 ratio. The hospital services over 250,000 residents and features a Birthing Center with a NICU, 24-hour ER services, surgery, a center for neurosciences, and a comprehensive heart center. The area offers a vibrant arts scene with music, dance, and drama, and provides easy access to Charlotte, Asheville, and Winston-Salem.
