About The Position
PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is a private, physician-founded, nationally accredited correctional health care practice providing comprehensive medical & mental health care services. Correctional health care offers a unique, challenging, and exciting opportunity for medical professionals to utilize their learned skills and knowledge daily. It is a hybrid of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine, providing care to an under-served, diverse, and appreciative patient population. We are currently looking for a Part Time - OB/GYN Physician to join our team and provide on-site medical care at the Baltimore County Detention Center in Towson, MD. This is a flexible Part-Time position, requiring 8 hours of on-site care per week.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of Maryland
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN.
- Maintain current DEA number and eligible to prescribe medications in Maryland state.
- Maintain active BLS (i.e., CPR) certification.
- Maintain current Driver’s License.
