About The Position
A well-established healthcare facility in Manchester is seeking an experienced Locum Tenens Ob/Gyn Physician (MD/DO) to provide high-quality women’s health, obstetric, and gynecologic care. Requirements
- MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA registration
- Experience in both OB and GYN required
- Strong communication, surgical, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- BLS and DEA required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Epic EMR
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal visits, labor & delivery coverage, postpartum care, and routine GYN services.
- Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries as required by the facility.
- Manage both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies.
- Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with midwives, nurses, and other members of the women’s health team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols and regulatory standards.
