OB/GYN Physician - Chandler, AZ
About The Position
This is a physician-owned and physician-led OB/GYN practice in Chandler, AZ, offering full-scope women's health services. The practice emphasizes thoughtful scheduling, equitable call, clinical autonomy, and a sustainable long-term practice environment. Physicians will provide preventive women's health, prenatal care, and manage a broad range of gynecologic conditions. Opportunities for surgical practice include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, hysteroscopy, and cesarean sections. The practice also offers a GYN-only path for physicians who wish to step away from obstetric deliveries. Established administrative and EHR workflows are in place to support efficient patient care.
Requirements
- Arizona MD or DO license or eligible
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
- DEA registration or eligibility
- Ability to obtain required hospital privileges
- US-based OB/GYN residency required

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care, including preventive care, well-woman exams, prenatal visits, and gynecologic consultations.
- Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecologic conditions, including fibroids, endometriosis, abnormal uterine bleeding, and pelvic floor disorders.
- Manage labor, delivery, intrapartum care, and postpartum follow-up for physicians practicing full-scope OB/GYN.
- Perform appropriate gynecologic procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures and hysteroscopy.
- Perform cesarean sections as part of full-scope obstetric practice.
- Collaborate with CNMs, APPs, clinical staff, and hospital-based teams to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in shared OB/GYN call coverage as applicable to practice scope.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Support continuity of care across outpatient, inpatient, and perioperative settings.
- Participate in clinical quality, safety, and practice improvement initiatives.
