About The Position

BayCare Women's Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to help launch and grow a new women's health practice in the Tampa Bay region, specifically in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The physician will play a key role in establishing and growing a new outpatient OB/GYN practice, providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while helping shape clinical workflows, enhance the patient experience, and influence the long-term direction of the practice. Physicians will practice in a modern outpatient setting designed to provide comprehensive women's healthcare services, including routine gynecologic procedures, preventive care, obstetrical management, on-site ultrasound services, and comprehensive women's healthcare throughout the patient's lifecycle. As part of BayCare's integrated healthcare network, physicians benefit from seamless access to specialty services including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Breast Health, advanced imaging, and hospital-based resources.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
• Strong communication and collaborative practice skills
• Interest in helping establish and grow a new women's health practice
• Desire to build long-term patient relationships within the community
