About The Position
Somnia Anesthesia is seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem OB CRNAs to join our collaborative team at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, California. Requirements
- Active state RN and CRNA licenses
- Board certification required
- ACLS | PALS | BLS
- 2+ years of experience as a CRNA
- Prior OB experience
- Proficiency with spinals and epidurals
- Experience at an independent practice site, 2+ years
- Decision-making skills and ability to work with an underserved, high-acuity patient population
- High level of interest in collaboration with learners and students

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for obstetrics patients.
- Administer spinals and epidurals.
- Collaborate with a multi-provider anesthesia team.
- Work within a teaching environment, potentially interacting with learners and students.
Benefits
- Annual Base Salary up to $457,600
- Four in-house 24-hour call shifts per pay period - $4,400 per shift
- Commitment Stipend - $2,000 per month if worked 8 OB shifts a month
- $40,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment) OR $60,000 Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)
- 7 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)
- $3,000 Annual CME Allowance
