Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, education, business, communications, or related field.
- Associate's degree in these fields plus two years of relevant experience.
- Valid in-state driver's license meeting company insurability requirements.
- Genuine drive to advocate for young adults and support their growth.
- Strong communication skills to build connections within diverse communities.
- Team-oriented dedication to creating positive student outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospective students and community partners to promote our programs.
- Coordinate recruitment, application support, and arrival logistics.
- Provide transitional support and placement services for full-time jobs or higher education.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive student data.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive environment.
