About The Position
This position involves any and all tasks required to maintain the appearance of a wastewater treatment facility including; general grounds keeping and housekeeping activities which may include the use of ladders and stairs. Also includes daily “rounds” including taking meter readings and visual observation of the facility. Minor laboratory work is involved including taking DO readings and counting Fecal Coliforms.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
Responsibilities
- Sweeps, vacuums and mops floors
- Cleans restrooms.
- Washes windows.
- Weeds flower beds.
- Takes meter readings and visual observation of the facility.
- Performs minor laboratory work including taking DO readings and counting Fecal Coliforms.
