Requirements

3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to follow established procedures and work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to adapt to changing job responsibilities and shift schedules.
Strong time management, organizational, and task prioritization skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of site electrical systems and equipment, including chillers, MCC panels, VFDs, motors, switchgear, breakers, UPS systems, and batteries.
Service and support medium-voltage and high-voltage electrical distribution equipment to ensure reliable facility operations.
Identify and recommend preventive maintenance improvements and solutions for non-routine equipment issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve equipment and process problems while maximizing system reliability and stability.
Participate in team meetings and provide technical input and recommendations.
Maintain accurate shift pass-down communication and document current work status.
Monitor, analyze, and address operational process issues during each shift, escalating concerns as needed.
Provide timely technical support to resolve equipment failures and minimize downtime.
Assist with the installation, modification, relocation, and removal of facility equipment.
Complete preventive maintenance (PM) activities and work orders thoroughly, accurately, and on schedule.
Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives within the assigned area.
Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facility electrical and mechanical systems.
