Requirements

5+ years of electrical experience in industrial, facilities, or maintenance environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong team-oriented mindset
Demonstrated critical thinking ability, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on facility electrical systems, including 4160V chillers, MCC panels, VFDs, motors from ¼–300 HP, medium voltage switchgear, UPS systems, and batteries
Complete preventive maintenance and work orders accurately and on time, while recommending improvements for system reliability
Monitor and support facility processes, identifying, addressing, and escalating issues to ensure system stability
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve equipment and process issues
Assist with installation, modification, and removal of electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with site standards
Support documentation efforts, including pass-downs, procedures, JHAs, and project tracking to ensure clear communication and execution
