About The Position
Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Attorney to join its growing New York practice group in its White Plains, New York Office. This is a full-time position.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 3 plus years experience litigating insurance defense cases in New York State courts, including handling depositions
- Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required
Nice To Haves
- Connecticut admission is a plus
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload
- Drafting motions and status reports
- Regularly handling court appearances and depositions
