Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- Ability to read and write and communicate effectively.
- Ability to follow directions.

- Previous kitchen experience
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Responsibilities
- Responsible for following production and supply sheets to prepare appropriate quantities of menu items for meals.
- Meets production schedules, assuring high quality products and preventing food wastage.
- Responsible for following portion control guidelines to ensure quality services.
- Responsible for providing a tray presentation that is neat, clean and appealing to the eye.
- Follows diet orders and tray notes on tray tickets accurately.
- Uses safe & sanitary methods when handling/serving food to prevent food borne illnesses, to include compliance with all H.A.C.C.P. standards.
- Reviews and completes all assigned tasks and documentation to include worksheets and logs (ie: Dish machine Log, Sanitizer Log, Special Cleaning Log).
- Maintains assigned area in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
