About The Position
Responsible for following patient menus accurately on the tray makeup line and for the proper cleaning and sanitation of soiled dishes, and pots and pans. Also responsible for the serving in the cafeteria. Back up for Nutritional Cashier.
Requirements
- Prefer at least six months experience in public food service
- Ability to think and work effectively under stress with frequent interruptions
- Ability to move, sit, stand, walk and bend intermittently throughout the work day
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Must possess sight and hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately
- Use of mechanical and technical equipment required for the responsibilities assigned
Nice To Haves
- Prefer high school graduate or equivalent
