About The Position

Requirements

• Friendly, patient-focused, and customer-service oriented
• Organized, detail-driven, and able to follow meal guidelines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator who enjoys helping others
• Team player who can also work independently
• Skilled in following menus, diet orders, and written instructions
• Willing to obtain Food Handler or ServSafe certification within 6 months
• Criminal background check
• Reference checks
• Drug Screening
• Health and Immunizations Screening
• Physical Demand Review/Screening

• Experienced in healthcare or food service

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate patient meal trays based on diet orders
• Review menus, selections, and restrictions for each patient
• Work the trayline to assemble and check meals quickly and accurately
• Deliver trays to patient rooms with professionalism and compassion
• Provide friendly, helpful communication with patients and nursing staff
• Collect used trays and return them to the kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at your workstation
• Practice proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Support kitchen and prep teams as needed
