About The Position

Under the direction of a Cafeteria Manager or another assigned supervisor, prepare, warm, and serve hot and cold menu items to students and staff at an assigned school; maintain the kitchen and food service areas in a safe, clean and orderly condition.

Requirements

• At least six (6) months of experience in school, commercial, institutional or retail foodservice, or manufacturing
• Graduation from high school, or equivalent to the completion of twelfth grade, is desired but not required
• Possession of or the ability to pass a ServSafe® (or an equivalent) food handler certification test within the first six months of employment in this classification
