Participates in maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen including, clean up of caf#, catering, special events, and dish area. Follows D-10 standards and philosophy. Maintains a safe, sanitary environment in accordance with Morris Hospital policy and IDPH and other regulatory agency regulations. Operates and properly maintains food service equipment including the dish machine.
