About The Position
The Nutrition Lead coordinates food operation services and supervises frontline employees. The role helps ensure adherence to policies and safety measures while monitoring productivity, supporting team development, and addressing customer satisfaction. The Nutrition Lead also contributes to staff training, safety and compliance training, cash handling, and efficient daily operations. Professionalism, effective communication, and respectful relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients are expected.

- Coordinate food operation services and supervise frontline employees.
- Ensure adherence to policies and safety measures.
- Monitor employee productivity, foster team development, and address customer satisfaction.
- Take initiative in staff training and attend safety and compliance training.
- Manage cash handling.
- Maintain professionalism, communicate effectively, and build respectful relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
- Perform routine duties, provide clear directions, and use computer skills to support efficient operations.
