About The Position
Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital seeks a Nutrition Lead for their SBCH Nutrition department responsible for providing service excellence to patients and guests in the selection of meals through Room Service, Cafeteria, Deli, Catering, and Coffee Cart. Support in the continued development and oversight of staff in the Nutrition Department including but not limited to Room Service, Call Center, and retail outlets.
Requirements
- Servsafe Manager Certificate within 6 months of hire or transfer.
- Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- One (1) year Healthcare food service experience; or two (2) years food service Supervisory experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or any Health Related Field.
- Diet Technician Registered (DTR) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Certification.
- Experience with Nutrition related software (i.e. Computrition).
- Five (5) or more years Healthcare food service experience.
