Bright Road Recovery is an innovative eating disorder treatment program with a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team. We are seeking a Nutrition Coach to support our residential (RTC), partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is comfortable stepping into multiple aspects of programming. The Nutrition Coach functions as a key support within the nutrition and clinical teams, working directly with patients in both structured and informal settings. This includes facilitating groups, supporting meal times, and assisting with kitchen operations as needed. The position requires a strong presence on the floor, consistent patient interaction, and the ability to move between responsibilities while maintaining a calm, structured, and supportive environment. This is a hands-on role that plays an important part in reinforcing treatment goals and helping patients build a more stable and functional relationship with food.
