About The Position

This role supports patient nutrition services in an acute care environment by coordinating menus, ensuring dietary compliance, and enhancing the overall patient experience. The position serves as a key liaison between patients, food service staff, dietitians, and diet technicians while maintaining accuracy in diet orders and menu selections.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient with technology including computers, tablets, and smartphones
• Previous call center experience required
• Food service or delivery experience required
• Ability to work a rotating 5x8 schedule with possible weekends and holidays
• Two completed references are required prior to submission

Nice To Haves

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or a related field
• Experience as a diet clerk or aide in an acute care setting
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets
