This position is responsible for maintaining sanitation and cleaning of all areas of the department including kitchen, dining room, and service areas while maintaining proper food safety measures. This position is also responsible for stocking patient tray line areas and assembling meal trays. The individual may also assist in the pre-meal preparation of meal service. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
