About The Position

Nutrition Attendant at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Variable shifts. Provides technical support and perform essential clerical duties associated with the service of normal and modified diets to all patients. Assists the clinical dietitian with patient needs for tray line and records calorie counts. Checks patient tray line to ensure all patient trays are correct for diet and menu choices. Requirements

• Training in basic food preparation.

Nice To Haves

• Successful completion of college courses with content including therapeutic diets, medical nutrition terminology, and anatomy, or equivalent educ/experience
• 6 months related experience.
