Nutrition and Meal Services Coordinator
About The Position
Grace Community Care & Homes is developing its Adult Day Programs department and seeks a Nutrition and Meal Services Coordinator. The role will contribute to person-centered services, reliable operations and accurate documentation. This is a planned role, and start date and duties are contingent on applicable program approvals, funding, credentialing and staffing readiness. Services may begin only within the approved scope. The position is part-time, with assignment and weekly schedule discussed during hiring. Clinical services begin only at approved locations and within authorized scope.
Requirements
- Food-service coordination experience and required food-safety credentials.
- Applicants should provide relevant credentials, experience, availability and a resume.
- Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment or service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate menus, special diets, food-service arrangements and safe meal delivery; work with qualified nutrition and clinical staff.
- Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams.
- Maintain confidentiality, respect participant choice, communicate service gaps promptly, and follow role-specific policies and professional scope.
- Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement.
