Requirements

Registered Dietetic Technicians (NDTRs), NDTR2Be.
Students or graduates of an ACEND-accredited DPG program with a verification statement.
Tenacious individuals who are passionate about food, nutrition, and patient care.
Strong communicators eager to work in a professional, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Provide nutrition screenings, assessments and care plans to support nutrition care delivery.
Assist Registered Dietitians with monitoring residents, documenting nutrition-related observations, and implementing care recommendations.
Collaborate closely with RD’s, nursing, dietary services, physicians, Speech Pathologist, and to support resident well-being.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members through excellent communication and customer service.
Provide nutrition care to patients across specialty programs, including Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Stroke Recovery, Cardiac Care, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Wound Care, Infection Management, and Renal Disease with in-house dialysis services.
