The Nutrition Provider assists in the planning, preparation and cooking nutritious breakfasts, lunches, and snacks to 100 or more children and staff. In addition, this position assists with maintaining accurate enrollment, meal eligibility, menus, and meal count records. This position is responsible for assisting with daily sanitation of the kitchen and food storage areas. In addition, this position follows environmental health and food safety codes and USDA regulations.
