Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce policies consistently
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple students in a controlled environment
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or testing platform software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Early morning & evening availability

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in test proctoring, education, or healthcare setting strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Administer in-person and/or electronic nursing examinations according to established protocols
Verify student identity and enforce testing rules and procedures
Monitor students during exams to prevent academic dishonesty
Provide clear instructions to students prior to testing and address procedural questions
Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or academic integrity concerns
Set up and prepare testing spaces, including distribution and collection of materials
Ensure proper use and security of testing software and equipment
Coordinate with nursing faculty and administrative staff regarding scheduling and accommodations
Support students with approved testing accommodations in compliance with ADA guidelines
Maintain confidentiality of all examination materials and student records
