About The Position

Under the direction of the (Assistant) Director/Director of Clinic and Homecare, the Nursing Team Manager, LPN coordinates and manages the delivery of Clinical and Home Care private duty care and in-home services for the LIFE Programs. Assists and participates in quality management, program development, and monitoring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Licensed LPN in Pennsylvania.
  • At least 2-3 years nursing experience.
  • 1 year of management or leadership experience.
  • Must have one year experience with the frail and elderly population.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and manages the delivery of Clinical and Home Care private duty care and in-home services for the LIFE Programs.
  • Assists and participates in quality management, program development, and monitoring regulatory compliance.
