About The Position

Woodcreek Provider Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support high-quality pediatric patient care as a Nursing Team Lead in our Allergy & Asthma Clinic. We’re looking for an experienced, dependable, patient-focused nurse who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment. A key requirement of this position is an Asthma Educator Certification, which must be met within 1 year of employment. Woodcreek will pay the testing fee for the first exam attempt.

Requirements

• Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Asthma Educator Certification preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfort in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Pediatric experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Asthma Educator Certification must be met within 1 year of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice
• Support providers with examinations and treatment
• Perform patient assessments and clinical documentation
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Contribute to a positive, efficient clinic workflow
