About The Position
The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg has an opening for a RN/NURSING SUPERVISOR. This supervisory position reports to the DON. Days and hours vary as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an RN program
- A current PA license
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in long term care preferred
Responsibilities
- Directs day to day functions of nursing activities
- Participates in developing, maintaining and updating written policies and procedures
- Participates in developing agenda for care plan committee meetings as necessary
- Reports all accidents/incidents and changes in a resident’s condition observed on shift
