About The Position

The Nursing Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight at The Waterford at Creekside, a Sonida Senior Living assisted living and memory care community in Pensacola, Florida. The role supports high-quality, compassionate resident care in compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations, and supervises and supports nursing staff. The position also contributes to resident assessments and care coordination, regulatory compliance, infection prevention, quality assurance, survey readiness, and resolution of clinical issues.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, training, and performance management.
• Conduct resident assessments, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, infection prevention, quality assurance initiatives, and survey readiness activities.
• Investigate and address resident concerns, incidents, medication errors, and other clinical issues, and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
