At Clinica Family Health & Wellness (CFHW) , we believe mental healthcare is a right, not a privilege. We are looking for a Nursing Supervisor who doesn’t just manage schedules but champions a Recovery-oriented culture and wants to support a knowledgeable, performance driven and professional team. You’ll be the bridge between our high-level strategic goals and the daily excellence of our nursing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you’ll balance a "big picture" leadership role with client-facing work to stay grounded in the care we provide. We have three (3) Supervisor openings, each would provide support to one of the following location breakouts. Justice Services Clinic Boulder Clinics Location at our Integrated Health Homes Two Mental Health Clinics | Broomfield or Longmont serving our general population. The Role: You won’t just be following policies; you’ll be helping us write them. You will be part of a supervisor team mentoring and being a resource for the team in multiple activities such as: Lead & Mentor: Onboard, train, and provide direct supervision to our nursing staff and interns, ensuring they feel supported and empowered. Innovate: Help develop and integrate nursing procedures that align with our mission of cultural competence and evidence-based care. Collaborate: Serve as a vital resource for our prescribers and medical staff, ensuring seamless triage and medication education for our clients. Stay Connected: Maintain your clinical experience by working in a client-facing capacity, ensuring our services are efficient and high-quality. What You’ll Do Direct Oversight: Ensure the nursing team is responsive, empathetic, and effective in triaging client needs. Develop Evidence Based Practice – Focus on the client Quality Advocacy: Continually monitor our services through the lens of a Recovery model to ensure diverse client needs are met with dignity. Operational Excellence: Partner with the Director of Nursing to assess performance and find ways to make our delivery of care even better. What We Need We want a leader who understands the complexities of the community mental health and SPMI (Severely and Persistently Mentally Ill) including the unhoused population and has the clinical expertise to guide others. Education: BSN or MSN, Psychiatric Nursing Licensure: Active RN License in Colorado and current BLS/CPR certification. Experience: Five (5+) years in inpatient or outpatient mental health settings 3+ years in a nursing leadership or supervisory role.
