Position Purpose: In this valuable role, the Nursing Supervisor provides leadership to part-time Health & Wellness Staff delivering both occupational and non-occupational nursing services, including advanced first aid services for both our team and guests. This position also leads staff occupational health services, ensuring a high standard of care, safety, and service for all employees, including support for disability case management. The role partners with leaders to address trends and risks proactively rather than reactively and analyzes data to inform decisions that promote both occupational and non-occupational health, safety, and well-being across the organization. As a supervisor, the role contributes to and helps implement the Strategic Plan, aligning health and wellness initiatives with broader organizational priorities.
