About The Position

Rome Health is currently seeking a per diem Nursing Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. The Nursing Supervisor coordinates and supervises the delivery of patient care to ensure that high-quality patient care is delivered in an efficient and effective manner, in accordance with standards developed by the State Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Nurses, ANA Standards of Care and the philosophy, policies and procedures of Rome Health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive hospital nursing experience in acute care with experience in leadership is preferred.
