About The Position
The Nurse Supervisor is a key leader responsible for managing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and overseeing daily operations during their shift. They bridge the gap between bedside nurses and administration, handling staffing, policy enforcement, and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse license in PA
- Previous experience as a staff nurse (at least 3 years)
Nice To Haves
- Charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Creating schedules, assigning tasks, and managing staffing levels
- Monitoring patient care, assisting with complex cases, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols
- Managing unit resources, updating records, and implementing facility policies
