Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance to nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. This role involves supervising and guiding nursing staff, overseeing daily operations, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, conducting assessments and audits, and providing mentorship and training. Requirements
- Valid state nursing license
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

- Advanced degree or certification preferred
