About The Position

Guggenheimer Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) to lead and support our nursing team, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care. This leadership role involves supervising and guiding nursing professionals, developing and implementing care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment. The position offers a Monday-Friday shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with on-call duties one weekend per month.

Requirements

A dedicated RN or LPN with an active, valid license.
A natural leader with experience in nursing supervision or a similar role.
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care.
A strong communicator with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
Familiar with healthcare regulations and able to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Currently licensed as LPN/RN in Virginia.
One-year prior nursing management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide a team of nursing professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Work with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
