As a Student Nurse, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Inviva Coordination Centre and Operations team. This role supports the efficient handling of patient documentation, file management, and day-to-day operational activities while ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with internal processes and safety standards.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing (BScN) program
- 0–1 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Collect and sort documentation from fax machines for appropriate Patient Care Representatives
- Assist with distributing and faxing key documentation to customers and stakeholders
- Organize and prepare patient files for offsite storage
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (both physical and electronic)
- Provide phone support to the Coordination Centre team as needed
- Collaborate with Head Office teams to organize and maintain patient information
- Support special projects and research initiatives as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Adhere to all company Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required
