About The Position
The Nursing SME will provide clinical nursing expertise supporting national oversight of the Job Corps Health and Wellness Program. The SME will review healthcare operations, assess nursing services, evaluate medical records, participate in centre assessments, provide technical assistance, and support quality improvement initiatives across Job Corps centres.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Minimum 5 years monitoring healthcare delivery operations.
- Experience reviewing medical records.
- Experience with healthcare quality assessments.
- Knowledge of adolescent health and wellness.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Crisis intervention experience.
- Computer proficiency.
