Requirements
- A background in healthcare (CNA, Medical Assisting, EMT, or similar)
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with both people and technology
- Flexibility to support evening and weekend shifts, as needed
Nice To Haves
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor Certification
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up simulation and skills labs with equipment, manikins, supplies, and programming
- Support simulation scenarios by operating equipment, role-playing patients or family members, and providing technical assistance
- Maintain and restock labs and supply rooms after use
- Assist instructors and students in using simulation tools and medical equipment
- Monitor inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked and ready
- Collaborate with the simulation team to keep labs running smoothly and efficiently
