About The Position

This role involves leading Clinical Program Manager activities, nursing resources, and workflows to deliver high-quality patient care and support positive clinical outcomes. The manager will develop and implement Clinical Program Manager services and quality improvement initiatives that strengthen patient safety, clinical quality, and operational performance. Additionally, the role includes hiring, training, developing, and evaluating nursing staff, while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team to promote consistent, effective patient care. Monitoring clinical documentation, program budgets, and expenditures to maintain compliance, support operational efficiency, and ensure appropriate resource allocation are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
