About The Position

This role is for a Nursing Manager in the Intermediate Care department at All Saints facility in Racine, WI. The position is full-time and operates on a day shift schedule. The Nursing Manager will lead, mentor, and evaluate a nursing team, oversee daily unit operations and regulatory compliance, identify and resolve operational challenges, and manage unit resources and budgets.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license ifconsidered multi-state/Compact State. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
