Key responsibilities include adhering to a philosophy of dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality for residents. The position requires assisting with coordinating ancillary health care and health education services, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of service and medication delivery, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The LPN will act as a resident advocate, promote infection control, track trends for Quality Management Review, and assist in verifying physician orders and resident information. The nighttime HW Coordinator must be immediately available and awake.
